Today, I have for you a wonderfully simple recipe that is perfect for our lovely weather! This recipe is based on many camping trips and barbeques.
Spicy Vegetables
5 medium potatoes
1 cup baby carrots
1 small onion
(or any other vegetables that you would like to cook. I'm sure anything would work well!)
2 tbsp Montreal Steak Spice
1/4 cup Butter
Tinfoil
Chop the potatoes into small pieces or round slices. Spread on sheets of tin foil. Spread carrots on top (sliced in half if they are large ones). Slice onion and arrange on top of carrots. Sprinkle with Montreal Steak Spice and small chunks of butter. Wrap in tin foil and BBQ for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Enjoy!

How spicy are these? One a scale of 1 - 10????
It depends how much Montreal Steak Spice you use. I used a lot so they were quite peppery but you could add less for your taste buds!
